  Their adoptable pets look adorable, but customer service is horrible. I'm still waiting a response from DAYS ago when I see that they have been active on their Furever Tails facebook and Petfinder soon after my application, ignoring several people. **Everyone is well aware that you all at Furever Tails receive several applications, but it is still your job to let all interested applicants know the status on the particular animal they are seeking and whether it has been adopted, is off the market or being viewed by another applicant, in treatment, etc.** So, if any of you applicants are looking for a pet and fall in love with a picture/description, I would NOT recommend Furever Tails as you will get your hopes up for nothing.
